These terms and conditions help to keep the Mallorca Lee website a safe place to shop and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and Mallorca Lee in connection with this site. By placing an order with us you accept the following terms and conditions:

We make every effort to ensure that the goods we supply are of the highest quality and are delivered promptly to you in this condition.
03. PURCHASING FROM US
By submitting your order, you are agreeing to buy the chosen goods from us and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods (including passing your details onto couriers & other subcontractors). Personal details can be removed from our system by written request at any time. If you have submitted your email address to our mailing list you may remove your details by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating "Remove Registration" in the subject heading. No property or title of the goods ordered shall pass from Mallorca Lee to you until payment has been received in full.
04. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All orders are subject to availability. You have the right to cancel your order if you discover that an item is in fact out of stock. In stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Sat). Our online store is open 24/7 365 days a year, however orders placed on public holidays (e.g. Christmas/New Year) may take slightly longer than normal to be dispatched.
Personal or business cheques are welcomed but orders cannot be shipped until these have cleared. Please be advised that this can take up to 10 working days after we receive the cheque.
All orders are mailed in strong cardboard envelopes, mailers or boxes as appropriate and are sent by 1st Class post in the UK and Air Mail for other destinations.
08. SHIPPING TIMES
All delivery dates given are only estimates. We are not responsible for any consequential losses you may suffer if we do not deliver on time for whatever reason.
09. SHIPPING CHARGES
These will be calculated on our website for online orders when ordering by traditional mail order. If your order is returned to us undelivered due to your own fault, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
10. UK CUSTOMERS
If your goods do not arrive within 21 days of dispatch, please e-mail us first to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct delivery address details. Normal delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2 to 7 days.
11. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
If your goods do not arrive within 28 days of dispatch please contact us first to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct delivery details. We can not investigate lost or missing parcels until 28 days have elapsed.
12. IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will loose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable for non UK & non European union countries.
13. REFUSAL OF SALE & OUR RIGHTS
We may refuse to take your orders if we feel you have been false in your information. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. We do not distribute customer details or
e-mail addresses to third parties. Marketing e-mails are only sent to consenting mailing list subscribers and your details can be removed at any time. The views and opinions of mallorcalee.co.uk are not to be taken necessarily as fact. Any contract between us and you shall be governed by Scottish law and the courts of Scotland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

you may have subject to UK law. Please remember all orders are subject to availability. E&OE. Our terms & conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
FAULTY / DAMAGED / UNWANTED GOODS
If your order arrives in damaged or defective condition you must notify us and then return your order within 14 days of the date of delivery, or when you first became aware of the defect. Full refunds or replacements will be issued for all faulty / damaged items or items sent out in error and unwanted items. If faulty goods are returned to us and found to be in full working order, they will be returned to you and you will be charged for any administration and return postage costs incurred.
It is essential that your order is returned in saleable condition if it is not being returned due to damage or a fault. Any returns that are received in unsaleable condition will not be accepted for refund. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for return and whether the return is for a refund or you wish a replacement item to be dispatched. We cannot exchange items for a different title. There is no need to return the whole order if only one item is incorrect or faulty. Package the items carefully and return to us at the address we will provide you with.
DISTANCE SELLING - YEAR 2000 REGULATIONS
You have the right to return any item ordered from this website for no reason and without penalty for a refund. Please refer to the exceptions section below which outlines the exemptions to your rights. To return an unwanted order you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the goods from us. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Order Reference number and cancellation instructions. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive notice of cancellation in writing from you and subject to the goods being correctly returned as detailed below.
YOUR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Once you have notified us of your desire to return an order you have a legal requirement to take good care of the goods and we advise you to ensure they are adequately packaged and insured during their return journey. The goods must be returned to our Returns Department as detailed above and at your own cost.
Where's my parcel?
If you do not receive your order from us within 14 working days (UK) please email email@example.com with your order reference number, full name and the date of your order. We will then take appropriate action to discover what has happened to your parcel via our postal service and keep you informed of the situation. Please note that we cannot investigate overseas orders until 28 days have expired from the date of the order.
